Tebex Transaction ID
After all purchases, you will receive a confirmation email of your purchase that includes your Tebex Transaction ID, please keep this ID in a safe place for your reference.
OffSzn Tokens and Packages
If you purchased any tokens or packages that include tokens, you will need to be in city use /szn command then enter the Tebex Transaction ID that you received to claim your tokens. Supporter packages are applied automatically to your account. If you need to redeem a crown supporter vehicle, use /redeem followed by your Tebex Transaction ID in the city's text box.
Storage and Extras
If you purchased any products in storage and extras, please make a Tebex ticket in our Discord so our staff team can fulfill your order.
Refund Policy
